Tom and Luna Riddle were strolling peacefully through their garden. 
"Tom, you don't think a hummerdink will get in the garden do you?" asked Luna.
"No, Luna, we've warded the garden quite well," stated Tom. 

He had a sneaking suspiscion that hummerdinks weren't real, but it was fun playing along with Luna.  He watched her race ahead of him,  joyful in seeing the garden.  That was really part of why he loved her, the way Luna could find joy in the simple things.  Quite suddenly it started to rain.  He reached for his wand, to make protection against it, but Luna was holding his wand.

"Luna we'll be soaked," said Tom.
"Dancing in the rain is fun Tom,  come dance.  If you don't enjoy yourself, I'll come inside with you," insisited Luna.
"You have a deal," replied Tom, and he dropped his wand.  For a moment he watched Luna spinning her blue robes bringing out the colour in her eyes.  Once again he was struck by her beauty.
"Tom,  standing still isn't fun," teased Luna, and she grabbed his hands, and began spinning.  Tom couldn't help but spin along.  He felt like a child again.    As he got dizzy, he fell to the ground.  Then, a rare thing happened.  Tom Riddle was laughing.  Luna grinned at Tom, and came to stand next to him.
"Well are you having fun?" asked Luna.
"No,"said Tom. 
Luna looked at him puzzeled.
Then he leaned in and kissed Luna.  "Now I am."
